Guests attending any portion of the meeting and/or social functions must be registered. Badge is required for all functions. Exhibitors and industry representatives should contact the Administrative Office for registration information. Pre-registered attendees may pick up their badges at the Stem Cell Registration Desk in the InterContinental Hotel, beginning Friday morning, 1 December 2006.

Registration fees include: All Sessions, Meeting Materials, Hands-on Sessions & Exhibits, coffee breaks and lunches, Opening Ceremony & Reception.

Accompanying Person’s registration fee includes: Admission to Opening Ceremony & Reception

Participants are requested to register by mail or by fax using the official registration form. Please type or print clearly and complete ALL information requested. Payment in full must accompany registration. Register only ONE person per form.

PROCEDURES

• Fees should be paid at the time of registration.
• Credit cards are preferred, Stem Cell International accepts Visa and MasterCard.
• Payment by Check, made payable to “Stem Cell”, will be accepted prior to 1 November 2006.
• Direct Bank Transfer should be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance must be attached to the registration forms. Please note that the registrants should pay the bank charge for the remittance.

• Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received.
• Confirmation will be sent to all paid registrations received on or before 1 November 2006.
