Call for Abstracts by November 15, 2006
The scientific Committee invites delegates to submit an abstract of original work for consideration of presentation during the Stem Cell International. Abstracts should cover various areas on topics in stem cell therapy for the failing heart research and results of clinical studies, basic investigation etc. The abstracts should constitute original researches, but content may include portions of prior abstracts.
Abstract Preparation Instructions
Abstract must be submitted in English. The entire abstract must be typed using Microsoft Office XP, 2000-2003, font Courier in font size 12 on the abstract form provided. For a good reproduction, the typing should be sharp and regular. The title should be brief, but long enough to identify clearly the nature of the study and should not exceed a total length of 3 lines. Avoid abbreviations in the abstract title. The body of the abstract should be structured as follows:
- Sentence stating the purpose of the study, unless stated in the title
- A brief description of methods, if pertinent
- A summary of results
- A statement of conclusions reached
- Use standard abbreviations. Place non-standard abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears.
Please specify name and location of institute where research was conducted.
Participants should prepare and bring with them their abstracts in thumb drive/CD to download to central PC before their presentations.
